In Solana Beach, CA CJA is currently working on a project for Coffman Specialties to install a 27,000 SF of Soil Nail Wall, 6000 SF of Soldier Pile Wall, 9000 SF of Tiedback Wall and Drilled Shafts to depths of 80 feet. The project is on the I-5 @ Lomas Santa Fe Interchange Phase II for Caltrans.

In Salt Lake City, UT CJA is performing a subcontract Joint Venture with Nicholson Construction to install augercast piles on the downtown reconstruction project being undertaken by Okland Construction.

CJA is installing 33,500 SF of soldier pile and lagging to a maximum depth of 45 feet on a project called Strata in downtown San Diego, CA for Hanover Development.

CJA is installling 18,000 SF of soldier pile and lagging to a maximum depth of 25 feet on a project called Hotel Indigo in downtown San Diego, CA for Hensel Phelps Construction.

In Riverside, CA CJA is installing 34,000 SF of soil nailing to a maximum depth of 45 feet on a project called Regency Square for West-Tech Contracting.

In Stafford, AZ CJA is installing 20 drilled shafts for the Gila River Crossing. The project owner is Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and the general contractor is FNF Construction.

CJA has completed Phase I of a project on La Sirerra Ave. for the City of Riverside, CA. Phase II is scheduled for November 2008. The Project involves ten (10) six (6’) foot diameter drilled shafts and is being performed for Ortiz Construction.

CJA is performing project for a homeowner in the 22000 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, CA to install drilled shafts for Landslide remediation.

In Riverside, CA CJA is performing a subcontract to install nine (9) eight (8) foot diameter shafts to depths of 100 feet for the Jurupa Avenue Grade Separation. The work is being performed for Brutoco Engineering and Construction.

In Irvine, CA CJA has been awarded a subcontract by McKenna Construction to install 4400 SF of tiedback shotcrete shoring on their project at Culver & Trebuco. The shoring, part of a project being constructed for the City of Irvine, will begin in April 2008.

In Dana Point, CA CJA has been awarded a subcontract by Excel Paving to install Soil Permeation Grouting. The owner, the City of Dana Point is constructing a pedestrian footbridge adjacent the Pacific Coast Highway.

In Hayward, CA CJA is performing a subcontract for FCI Constructors on the 238/580/80 Bridge Widening. The Caltrans project involves Drilled Shafts. Phase I is complete and Phase II is anticipated to start in June 2008.

In Santa Rosa, CA CJA is finishing work on a temporary shoring and CIDH project at the Kaiser Hospital Expansion for Harbison Mahoney and Higgins.

CJA has been awarded a subcontract by Sundt Construction for the installation of 77 micropiles at the UC Davis School of Management. Work is scheduled to begin in April.

In Castro Valley, CA CJA is starting a General Contract for the County of Alameida called Eden Canyon Repair. The project involves repairing a landslide with secant piles and horizontal drains.

In Santa Barbara, CA CJA is performing a General Contract for the Landslide Repair Foundation LLC (LRF). The project called Sycamore Canyon Slide Repair involves 18,000 SF of shotcrete shoring and 442 tiebacks to depths of 240 feet.

In Yerba Buena Island, CA - CJA is performing as a subcontractor for CC Myers Construction the installation of six foot diameter Drilled Shafts for the East and West Tie Ins for the Oakland Bay Bridge.
